It’s spring, and for us that means it’s time for the Dane County Farmer’s Market! The market is in Madison, Wisconsin, every Saturday from April through November. This will be our 4th year selling our handmade goodies at the market and we are loving it more every year. Here are some photos from last weekend!
This is our display. We are usually located at the top of State Street, in front of the bus shelter.
I kept the kids busy with a photo scavenger hunt. It was so much fun!
We walked around the farmer’s market in the morning and got some tasty treats.
The kids were excited to get their first balloons of the year from Capitol Kids. This is something that always makes them happy. The kids spent some time hanging around the Capitol.
We went inside the Capitol, too, but the observation deck isn’t open for the season yet so we didn’t spend a lot of time there.
It was a wild, busy day downtown! The annual Crazylegs run was happening. Here’s a photo shortly after a giant group started their course.
It was really about the most perfect spring day we could ask for.
I’m so grateful to be able to vend at such an amazing market. All of the art you find here is handmade by the vendor who is selling it. And it’s the nation’s largest producer-only farmers’ market in the country! It doesn’t get much better than that! If you are visiting Madison, please check out this fabulous market and do stop by to say hello!
